HR Specialist

We are seeking an HR Specialist with 3+ years of experience in Human Resources to join our team in Dhahran, Saudi Arabia . The role involves supporting and managing key HR functions, including recruitment, HR operations, employee development, KPI tracking, and personnel administration. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient HR processes and support organizational objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum GPA of 3.40/4.00 .
• Minimum 3 years of experience as an HR Specialist.
• Previous experience in maintenance and operations projects is preferred.
• Experience in Human Resource Development (HRD).
• Experience tracking KPIs and supporting recruitment processes.
• Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and leadership skills.
