Requirements
About the Role
- Create intuitive user experiences and workflows using Figma, translating complex requirements into elegant design solutions
- Champion usability and customer-centric design, continuously striving to improve the experience across our product portfolio
- Drive the end-to-end design process, including user research, information architecture, user journeys, workflow design, wireframing, prototyping, and high-fidelity UI design
- Gather, analyze, and synthesize user and business requirements to inform design decisions
- Work closely with Product Owners and stakeholders to align design solutions with product strategy and customer needs
- Partner with engineering teams throughout implementation, ensuring designs are executed effectively and delivering a seamless user experience
- Collaborate with UX designers across Vizrt to create consistent and cohesive experiences across products and platforms
- Contribute to Vizrt's global UX community, sharing ideas, best practices, and expertise with fellow designers around the world
- Leverage AI-powered tools where appropriate to enhance research, ideation, design exploration, prototyping, and overall design efficiency

Contract Details
This is a fixed-term contract position, with an initial commitment of 6 months. We're eager to find the right fit and will discuss potential for extension based on performance and project needs.
What we're looking for
- Experience creating intuitive, high-quality user interfaces and user experiences using Figma
- Relevant education in UX Design, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Product Design, or related field
- Professional experience in UX/UI design is an advantage, but we also encourage talented recent graduates with a strong portfolio to apply
- Experience working with design systems or a strong understanding of the value they bring to product development
- Familiarity with industry-standard UX methods and tools, including user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing
- A proactive and collaborative mindset, with the ability to prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment
- Professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken
Nice to have
- Interest in or knowledge of the media, broadcasting, or journalism industry
- Basic understanding of HTML and CSS
- Experience using AI-powered tools to support research, ideation, prototyping, or design workflows
