Senior Presales Consultant

Senior Pre-Sales Consultant – Banking and FinTech .

We are looking for a candidate with strong banking-domain and banking-technology experience. Preference should be given to candidates who have worked on the banking side, particularly with banks currently using Avanza Solutions’ products, or candidates who have directly worked with Avanza solutions, implementation teams, or support teams.

Preferred Experience

Preference should be given to candidates who have worked with banks where Avanza products are deployed, including exposure to solutions such as:

• Rendezvous
• Novus or Nimbus
• Vision
• Unison Ace
• Symmetry
• Ambit
• Other Avanza banking or payment solutions

The candidate’s direct involvement with the relevant banking systems, projects, integrations, digital channels, or Avanza products should be validated during the screening process.

Educational Qualification

• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science is mandatory .
• A master’s degree in a relevant discipline will be considered an additional advantage.
• Relevant professional certifications will be preferred but are not mandatory.
• Minimum 5 years of overall experience in banking, fintech, digital banking, payments, business analysis, product management, solution consulting, or pre-sales.
• Strong preference for candidates with direct experience in a bank or financial institution.
• Practical exposure to digital banking channels, mobile and internet banking, ATM/POS, payment switching, cards, middleware, CRM, customer onboarding, or complaint-management solutions.
• Experience in reviewing RFPs, RFIs, RFQs, BRDs, RFCs, and tender documents.
• Experience in preparing or contributing to technical proposals, Statements of Work, compliance matrices, scope documents, assumptions, dependencies, exclusions, and out-of-scope sections.
• Ability to translate business requirements into structured and technically viable solutions.
• Strong understanding of banking solution architecture, APIs, integrations, core banking connectivity, deployment environments, security, high availability, and disaster recovery.
• Experience coordinating with sales, product, engineering, project management, information security, infrastructure, and commercial teams.
• Strong client-facing, presentation, stakeholder-management, and technical-writing skills.
• Ability to manage multiple opportunities and proposal submissions within strict timelines.
