About The Role

What you'll do

  • As a Seven Starling Therapist, you'll provide compassionate, evidence-based care through teletherapy, for women navigating their reproductive journeys.
  • This is a part‑time, exempt, salaried position:

Schedule Expectations

  • Total calendar availability: 29 hours open per week
  • Actual patient sessions: Approximately 20-21 completed sessions per week with at least 5 open slots after 4pm
  • The difference accounts for: No-shows, cancellations, and built-in admin time
  • Available to work during standard business hours: 8am-8pm with at least 20% of appointments being available after 4pm (approximately 5 appointments) on weekdays. 21 completed client appointments per week
  • Participating in clinical consultation individually and in groups, and joining our monthly clinical team meeting
  • Delivering the Seven Starling Care Model by utilizing evidence-based modalities (CBT, ACT, IPT, attachment-based approaches)
  • Creating and maintaining high-quality documentation and treatment plans
  • Collaborating with a supportive clinical team in a feedback-rich environment
  • Contributing to company-wide initiatives aligned with your interests

Who you are

  • Independently licensed in MI (e.g., LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LPCC, Psychologist)
  • Michigan Residency requirement
  • At least 1 year of post-licensure clinical experience, preferably in perinatal, menopausal health or women’s mental health
  • Strong grounding in evidence-based modalities and trauma-informed care
  • Comfort and proficiency with virtual platforms, EHRs, and telehealth best practices
  • Commitment to participating in a collaborative team model with shared consultation and continuous learning
  • Passion for Seven Starling’s mission and an eagerness to contribute to a growing, dynamic company

  • Multi-state license is a plus
