About The Role

Supervise and coordinate all banquet service activities during events, ensuring seamless execution from set-up to breakdown.
Act as the primary on-floor contact for clients during events, anticipating needs and resolving concerns discreetly and professionally.
Ensure service delivery reflects IHG Luxury standards of elegance, precision, and personalization.
Lead, train, and motivate banquet associates to deliver consistent, high-quality service.
Conduct pre-event briefings and post-event reviews with service teams.
Allocate staffing efficiently according to event requirements and business levels.
Ensure function rooms are set according to Banquet Event Orders (BEOs), including table layouts, décor, AV, and special requests.
Coordinate closely with Culinary, Stewarding, Sales, and AV teams to ensure smooth operations.
Monitor service timing, food quality, presentation, and beverage service throughout events.
Enforce hygiene, health, safety, and sanitation standards at all times.
Ensure compliance with IHG policies, luxury brand standards, and local regulations.
Handle guest feedback professionally and escalate when necessary.
Assist with inventory control, equipment handling, and damage prevention.
Support Banquet Manager with reports, staffing schedules, and performance feedback
