Claude Marketing / Klaviyo Design & Automation Specialist

VA4U is seeking a talented Claude Marketing / Klaviyo Design & Automation Specialist with a proven track record supporting Australian (AU) clients. If you are passionate about email marketing, AI-driven content creation, and marketing automation, we'd love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

Design and build high-converting email campaigns and templates using Klaviyo
Create, manage, and optimize automated email flows (e.g., Welcome Series, Abandoned Cart, Browse Abandonment, Post-Purchase, Win-Back)
Leverage Claude AI to generate and refine email copy, subject lines, CTAs, and other campaign content
Segment customer lists and personalize campaigns to enhance engagement
Conduct A/B tests to continually improve campaign performance and conversion rates
Analyze email analytics and optimize for open rates, click-through rates, and revenue generation
Ensure all email designs are mobile-responsive and consistent with brand guidelines
Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns and product launches
Maintain email list hygiene and follow email marketing best practices

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with Klaviyo email marketing and automation
Demonstrated experience working with Australian (AU) clients
Proven expertise using Claude AI (or similar AI tools) for marketing content creation
Strong understanding of customer journey mapping, segmentation strategies, and email automation
Experience designing engaging and professional email templates in Klaviyo
Experience with Shopify and Klaviyo integration is highly preferred
Solid grasp of email marketing KPIs, deliverability, and best practices
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
Reliable high-speed internet and a dedicated work-from-home setup
