Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with organizational goals
• Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across diverse channels
• Lead email marketing, social media, and content marketing initiatives
• Oversee SEO, SEM, PPC, and paid social advertising campaigns
• Analyze and report on campaign performance, using data to inform improvements
• Collaborate with designers, content creators, and key stakeholders
• Manage marketing calendars, budgets, and project timelines
• Stay current with Australian market trends and shifts in consumer behavior

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of marketing experience, including at least 2 years with Australian clients or businesses
• Strong understanding of the Australian market and consumer landscape
• Hands-on expertise with Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Analytics, and SEO
• Experience with email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp, Klaviyo, HubSpot, or similar
• Proficiency with Canva or Adobe Creative Suite
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English
• Highly organized, proactive, and able to thrive in a remote work environment

Preferred

• Experience in B2B marketing
• Familiarity with CRM platforms like HubSpot or Salesforce
• Background in marketing automation and lead generation campaigns
