The mission

In the scope of its activities, AMFIE opens account for private individuals, and has the duty to review and update these accounts on a regular basis. The role is primarily focused on customer care support. The successful candidate will serve as a key point of contact for members and prospects, ensuring that inquiries are handled efficiently and professionally while maintaining accurate and compliant member records.

The Junior Administrative Assistant will take care of all the administrative aspects of the account opening files and of the existing account reviews.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage member requests and ensure a high level of member satisfaction:

o Respond to inquiries via phone, email, or in-person meetings in a timely and professional manner.

  • Maintain member and prospect files
  • o Collect the documents and information required to open new accounts or update existing accounts.
  • o Verify the accuracy, reliability, and completeness of all collected information and supporting documentation.
  • o Accurately enter and update data in internal systems.
  • o Scan, organize, and classify documents according to internal procedures.
  • Perform reception duties, including:
  • o Answering and directing phone calls.
  • o Welcoming and assisting visitors.
  • Collaborate closely with team members and other departments to ensure efficient service delivery.
  • Assist the team with any additional administrative or commercial task which may arise.

Your profile

  • Secondary school diploma or higher qualification in Finance, Financial Management, or a related field (Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is also considered).
  • Fluency in both English and French is mandatory; additional languages are considered a plus.
  • Knowledge of financial products and financial market is an asset.
  • Strong customer service and client-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Proficient in standard office applications and administrative processes.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in Luxembourg.
