Poste autonome. Service du midi et du soir. 60 à 100 pizzas service du midi. Une trentaine le soir. Polyvalence souhaité pour aider la cuisine en cas de rush qui aidera en retour aux moments des rush à la pizza.
Façonnage main. Fabrication de la pâte avec pétrin de 50 kg. Bouleuse.
