Role Purpose
Responsible for leading the pre & post-acquisition operational services for corporate clients for all offered products. The person will have to lead the projects and interact with various development partners, stakeholders to ensure that service level objectives/business requirements are met. This role will also be responsible for process adherence/change/implementation to any regulatory/Legal/Compliance/Credit requirements for corporate legal entities and is also accountable for handling audits for corporate operations.
Role Accountability
- Drive Corporate operation and service excellence for Pre & Post Acquisition by overseeing corporate onboarding, new account processing, corporate renewals, CCPM/Individual Card delivery, KYC Renewal fulfillment for both Legal entities & individuals
- Outline a strong Rebate & Invoice processing for corporate clients by defining SOP with inputs from different stakeholders by enhancing customer-facing features or process improvement, drive timeliness and accuracy including in reconciliations
- Oversee the corporate remittance and reconciliation process and drive adherence to timelines, accuracy and deliverables as per SLA
- Drive consistency in Purchase Requisition, provisioning expense for corporates by measuring spends data in partnership with the Analytics and Finance team and comparing variance between actual and budgeted
- Act as a Key Account Manager for servicing and operational needs of key Corporate Clients
- Drive and measure the key metrics for the SME Program and deliver results by meeting operational SLAs
- Drive strategic initiatives to enable end-to-end digital customer experience by accessing customer concerns, experience gaps / delays
- Respond to all audit queries and drive regulatory, Audit changes through the system and have complete solutions built-in
- Drive, implement change and ensure Compliance with all aspects of Corporate such as legal agreements, constitutional documents, AML, KYC, Tax and RBI regulations, CERSAI Registration & KYC renewal, Bank Guarantee, filing of charges with ROC
- Review all communications such as Sanction letters, Security releases or Invocation letters, etc.
- Lead projects for technology / process improvement
- Ensure process documentation and compliance adherence
