The DNV Technology Centre in Oslo has a combination of strong technical experts and state of the art test facilities. We focus on qualifying new solutions needed for the energy transition. We work closely with all parts of DNV and play an important role in developing codes and standards. Our main fields of activity are related to material, corrosion and structural performance of large critical assets.

We are 30+ data scientists developing AI solutions in a professional setup. We are delivering innovation with AI to DNV’s business processes in close collaboration with domain experts and project teams. We are eagerly following and adopting new technology when relevant, using both open-source and commercial AI services. Solutions are programmed in python and are deployed to our container-based cloud AI platform. A success criterion for our solutions is the close collaboration with domain experts and an inclusive knowledge sharing culture in the AI team.
