Operations Coordinator

Eurostar Rent A Car is looking for a motivated and experienced Leasing Coordinator to join our team in the UAE.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily vehicle leasing operations and customer requirements.
• Manage leasing contracts, renewals, and documentation.
• Coordinate vehicle allocation, delivery, collection, and replacements.
• Liaise with customers, sales, fleet, and operations teams.
• Monitor fleet availability and ensure timely service delivery.
• Maintain accurate leasing records and reports.

Requirements

• Experience in car rental, vehicle leasing, fleet management, or automotive operations .
• Strong coordination and communication skills.
• Good knowledge of UAE vehicle leasing/rental processes.
• Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of ERP systems is an advantage.
• UAE driving licence is preferred.
