About the position

• KC Satrio Funding Team Lead (TL) will focus on seeking funds in the retail segment in the selected area. The scope of the TL's work is not only seeking funds but also managing funds, and maintaining good relationships with customers, both new and existing

Responsibilities

• Identify potential business from customer
• Promoting and marketing the product especially funding product (Deposit and CASA)
• Responsible for conducting fund-raising customers (funding)
• Build and maintain a good relationship with customer
• Handling customer complairts and resolving customer issues as well as provide excellent services to customer

Requirements

• Min Bachelor Degree in University
• At least 3 Years of working experience as a Senior Funding Officer/Team Leader/Circle Lead in the Banking Industry
• Experienced in Deposit and CASA products
• Having proven experience in building customer loyalty
• Good interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Own and able to develop a personal network customers
• Strong leadership and organ zation skills
• Outstanding interpersonal ard communication skill, excellent selling skill, target-oriented, and have self-confidence
