Office Attendant

The successful candidate will be based at our Rose Hill branch. Preference will be given to candidates residing in the Plaines Wilhems district.

Responsibilities

• Collect and deliver mails, files and other documents as per the requirements of the different departments
• Run errands and relay messages in an efficient manner
• Clean premises occupied by the Company and ensure tidiness
• Help with the service in general in a spirit of teamwork and cooperation
• Help preserve order and decorum in the office with tact and due respect
• Direct customers when necessary in a polite and caring manner
• Answer telephone calls when necessary in a polite and respectful manner
• Report any defect in building and equipment to the Facilities Coordinator in the shortest possible time with precise details about the nature of the problem

Candidate’s Profile

• School Certificate (SC) or equivalent
• Have at least 5 year's working experience in the Office Attendant's role
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Well groomed
• Customer oriented
• Be a team player
• Ability to maintain confidentiality

Note : Offer will be made initially on a fixed term contract of 6 months.
