Job Summary: The Resort Activities Sales and Service Department helps guests with lift access, reservations, products, and information. As a Sales Agent, you'll identify customer needs and match them with Palisades Tahoe's offerings, providing accurate information efficiently and courteously. We seek professionals with a positive attitude to join our team!

Hourly
The base hourly pay range below represents the low and high end of the Palisades Tahoe Resort, LLC’s hourly pay range for this position. Actual pay will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to experience, education, training, location, merit system, quantity or quality of production, responsibilities, and regular and/or necessary travel. The range listed is just one component of Palisades Tahoe Resort, LLC’s total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include short-term and long-term incentives and many region-specific benefits.
Base hourly pay range: $18.00- $25.92 per hour

Essential Job Responsibilities/Duties/Tasks include the following; other duties may be assigned
- Provide top-quality, friendly customer service.
- Develop in-depth product knowledge (Season Passes, Daily tickets, Ski School, Resort Activities).
- Offer resort, village, and local information to guests.
- Assess and meet customer needs with the best available products.
- Accurately reconcile releases and verify work completion.
- Perform accurate cash handling, daily sales, and close procedures.
- Resolve guest complaints and handle concerns.
- Perform light housekeeping and inventory stocking.
- Follow company policies and participate in training.
- Assist with minimal shoveling and snow removal.

- Ability to work in a high-volume, hectic environment.
- Initiative to find answers to unknown questions.
- Good math and basic computer skills.
Education and Experience
- Required: High school diploma or GED; 6 months of customer service experience.
- Preferred: Knowledge of Palisades Tahoe.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to walk, stand, talk, see, and hear for 80% or more of an 8-hour shift.
- Occasionally lift, push, or pull up to 25 lbs.
- Specific vision abilities (close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, focus adjustment).
Working Conditions
Indoor/Outdoor: While performing the duties of this job, the employee may be exposed to outside weather conditions.
Hazardous Materials/Noise: The noise level in the work place is usually moderate.
Equipment Used in Job: PC, RTP, general office equipment
A Motor Vehicle Record review may be required as part of your job.
