PMO Consultant (German-speaking)

Job Summary: -

We are seeking a PMO Consultant with fluent German language skills to join our team. As a PMO Consultant, you will play a key role in supporting project managers, monitoring project progress, and ensuring compliance with project management standards. Your German language proficiency will enable you to effectively communicate with our German-speaking stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• •Support project managers in project planning, execution, and monitoring
• •Develop and maintain project documentation, reports, and dashboards
• •Ensure adherence to project management methodologies and standards
• •Report progress to stakeholders
• •Project cost controlling
• •Identify and mitigate project risks
• •Collaborate with cross-functional teams
• •Communicate project updates to German-speaking stakeholders

Requirements

• •0-7 years of experience in project management or PMO
• •Fluency in German and English (written and spoken)
• •German Language certification minimum B2.2 (Zertfikat Deutsch or equivalent) (MA- German, Advance Diploma from Pune or any government recognized University)
• •MS Office - know how
• •Analytical and problem-solving skills
• •Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Nice to Have

•ITIL Certification

•Experience working on tools like Confluence, ServiceNow, SVN

•Knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall)
