Qualifications Diploma of technical Engineer English mandatory or German is a strong advantage Quality tools Minimum 2 years of experience in automotive industrie Responsibilities QUALITY PLANNING FOR THE PRODUCT IN SERIES: - Q-responsible for product and process changes in series - Execute quality tasks in MEC and MPPC - Define, plan and implement quality requirements (verification, controls…) - Update quality documentation (Control Plan, FMEA, Instructions…) - PPAP - Ensure quality targets are met CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT COMMUNICATION WITH CUSTOMER PLAN AND CONDUCT REQUALIFICATION QUALITY PLANNING DURING LAUNCH PHASE: - Part of the transfer team ensures a smooth launch of the new projects from PEP team - Support analyse of the NIO parts after production RUNs – PPM target analyse (RUN3 – RUN 4 before SOP). - Organize launch Q-circle process in ramp-up phase (Daily meeting with the plant team and weekly meeting with PEP). - Responsible for the quality KPIs (PPM/scrap) during launch phase (SOP + 6 months). - Support customer complaints 8D during launch phase (SOP + 6 months) - Check the compliance with the requirements - Coordinate customer audits
