HR Business Partner

Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent. Minimum 3 years of HR experience in an industrial/manufacturing environment. Fluent English skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Good knowledge of HR processes and employment practices Responsibilities Manage and coordinate recruitment and selection processes. Ensure effective onboarding and integration of new employees. Identify training needs and support employee development. Support conflict management and maintain a positive working environment. Drive HR development initiatives in line with business needs Partner with managers and employees on HR-related topics
