Continuous Improvement Team Leader

Qualifications Degree in Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent. Minimum 6 years of experience in Continuous Improvement, Lean Manufacturing, or Engineering. Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification required. Good English skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Leadership and coaching skills. Responsibilities Lead, support, and coach the Continuous Improvement team and identify qualification needs. Coordinate and monitor the progress of Continuous Improvement projects. Support the ramp-up and implementation of new projects. Promote Lean/Six Sigma methods and a continuous improvement culture. Analyze processes, identify improvement opportunities, and ensure sustainable results. Collaborate with Production, Quality, Engineering, and other departments.
