What you´ll do Support Signavio query management by addressing questions and issues received via the Signavio mailbox, ensuring timely and accurate coordination with stakeholders Assist in daily Signavio operations, including license management and basic process model checks to support smooth system usage Assist in the buildup of AI-related functions of Signavio in GBS by exploring AI functionalities in Signavio like Text-to-Process and Image-to-Process and setting up best practices Contribute to Signavio BI Dashboards by proposing updates and helping create additional dashboards for reporting and analytics Attend deep-dive sessions and team meetings, capturing meeting minutes, key updates, and suggesting process improvements Develop foundational skills in IT service management, application management, project coordination, analytics, and attention to detail, supported by structured onboarding from the supervisor and assigned buddy
