Med Tech (RMA) – Assisted Living

Available Shifts

• Day: 7:00 a.m.–3:00 p.m.
• Evening: 3:00 p.m.–11:00 p.m.
• Overnight: 11:00 p.m.–7:00 a.m.
• Full-Time, Part-Time, and Per Diem positions available

Responsibilities

• Safely administer medications according to physician orders, state regulations, and community policies.
• Accurately document medication administration and maintain medication records.
• Monitor residents and promptly report changes in condition or medication concerns.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), personal care, mobility, and other daily needs.
• Follow individualized resident care plans.
• Communicate with nurses and other members of the care team.
• Promote residents’ dignity, comfort, safety, and independence.

Qualifications

• Current Virginia Registered Medication Aide (RMA) registration required.
• Previous assisted living, senior living, or medication administration experience preferred.
• Compassionate and respectful approach to working with older adults.
• Dependable, organized, and attentive to detail.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Pay: $19.00–$19.50 per hour
