Budget Coordinator

About The Role
Provides support for the CI&PM team with budgeting function. While overall accountability for the budgets remains with the functions within CI&PM, the budget coordinator serves as the budget expert for the teams and is responsible for closely monitoring, updating and coordinating all of the budget activities.
- Completed post secondary education in business administration or related field is required (college or university)
- 1-2 years of related experience including previous budgeting experience and project management -a must
- Time management, prioritization, organizational skills -multitasking a must. To work on 3 separate budgets with different teams
- Exceptional attention to detail and excellent project management skills
- Strong proficiency with Systems, including MS Excel (very strong)
- Proven ability to build relationships and navigate through a large organization
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Excellent language (English) skills
- Ability to work well in various teams
- Likely to extend past 3 months
Duration: 3 Months Contract
