About The Role
- Ensure to provide a high level of quality care and services to patients and their families. Responsible to introduce
- our services to patient; informing patients about the status of their prescription orders etc. and acts as liaison
- between patients, Clinic and procurement team to ensure complete customer satisfaction.
- Analyse and identify the missing prescription from the clinic to pharmacy and ensure 100% prescriptions reached
our pharmacies.
- Ensure staff are welcome and greet the customer entering the pharmacy and ensure each customer has been taken
care and nobody is left unattended or unsatisfied.
- Confirm staff receiving the prescription from the client without any delay.
- Make sure staff are dealing their clients in the best way by providing them the proper information on right time.
- Ensure patients are getting the medications without any delay.
- If there is any delay in dispensing medicines, ensure staff are communicating the reason behind the delay of
delivering medications to their clients.
- Ensure whether the delivery of medication is done on time. If not, inform the same to the pharmacy in-charge &
make it ready for the customer for home delivery. Also, convey the details of delivery to the client.
- Effectively coordinate home deliveries with the help of delivery boy, bike messenger, driver or any other means of
delivery
- Ensure to behave and communicate professionally to patients.
- Provide proper information to customer queries regarding pharmacy.
- Manage patients based on the physical condition and treat them on priority.
- Assist Pharmacy in charge in Implementing and Improving Quality SOP’s in the pharmacy as per MOH guidelines and work closely with Quality Manager. · Ensure the pharmacy is MOH compliant and all the documentation is regularly updated and kept in the pharmacy. · Coordinate with pharmacy in charge and Executive pharmacy-procurement in case of shortage of medicines and general products. · Observe sales staff on sales in general products, if any concern escalates to the senior management. · Liaise with corporate office in regards with all pharmacy related documents when necessary · Coordinate and ensure the staff are cleaning and arranging the medicines on the assigned rack. · Participate in monthly review meeting and come up with innovative idea to improve service level in the pharmacy.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Preferred: Basic literacy and numeracy skills.
Language Skills
- Ability to speak and understand the local language.
- Basic English communication is helpful (especially in clinics with diverse staff/patients).
