Sales Development Representative (SDR)

We are looking for a confident and motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join a growing international sales team. The role is focused on outbound prospecting, engaging potential customers, qualifying opportunities, and booking meetings for the sales team.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
• Reach prospects through email, LinkedIn, and other outreach channels.
• Research target companies and identify relevant decision-makers.
• Qualify leads based on business needs, interest, and fit.
• Book qualified meetings for Account Executives or Sales Managers.
• Follow up consistently with prospects and maintain an active pipeline.
• Update CRM records accurately with calls, notes, follow-ups, and outcomes.
• Meet weekly and monthly activity and meeting-booking targets.
• Handle objections professionally and communicate the company’s value clearly.
• Work closely with the sales team to improve messaging and outreach strategies.
• Strong spoken and written English.
• Excellent telephone communication skills.
• Comfortable with high-volume outbound calling.
• Confidence speaking with international prospects and decision-makers.
• Strong communication, listening, and interpersonal skills.
• Resilient, coachable, and comfortable working toward targets.
• Good research and organizational skills.
• Previous SDR, BDR, telesales, call center, or business development experience is preferred but not mandatory.
• Experience using CRM systems, LinkedIn, or sales prospecting tools is a plus.
