About The Role

We are looking for a driven and organized individual to join our team as an Executive in the Collections department. In this role, you will play a crucial part in overseeing the collections process, ensuring timely and accurate recovery of payments.   • Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on collections performance and team progress.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in collections management or a similar role.
  • Proven leadership and team management skills, with a track record of motivating and developing high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Proficiency in collections management software and tools, including CRM systems.
  • Knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements in the collections industry.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Willingness to continuously learn and adapt to new industry developments.
