About The Role

  1. 负责DMPK 部门南京site仪器全生命周期管理工作，包括仪器台账、检定校准、日常维护保养、验收与报废处置、文档管理、SOP制定与培训、仪器资产盘点等；
  2. 负责DMPK部门南京site实验室各类仪器的技术支持，包含仪器维护维修，应用支持，年度校正，IQ/OQ/PQ验证，安装搬迁等技术支持工作，仪器品类包含液质联用仪、移液工作站、酶标仪、PCR、生物安全柜、离心机、生物安全柜、移液器等各类仪器；
  3. 负责DMPK部门南京site仪器组团队管理；
  4. 及时帮助实验人员解决实验中遇到的仪器硬件和软件问题；
  5. 完成部门领导及主管安排的其它工作。
  6. 生物医药、化学、药学，医学，电气自动化等相关专业背景，本科及以上学历，具有6年以上实验室仪器设备管理经验；
  7. 了解GMP、GLP、GCLP等体系中仪器管理相关要求者优先；
  8. 工作认真、态度严谨、有较强的责任心和学习能力；
  9. 具有良好的与实验人员有效沟通的能力和团队合作精神；
  10. 具有一定的英语口语和书写能力。
