About The Role

  • 负责领导团队开展设备管理工作，包括机械设备安装、检修、保养，改造项目的计划、标准、周期的制定；实施过程中人员安排、质量、进度的跟踪和检查，以保障设备连续稳定运行。
  • 1.大专学历及以上；
  • 2.5年以上设备管理工作经验；
  • 3.精通设备管理相关专业知识，基础管理学，熟悉机械原理、掌握各类专用测量仪表、工具；设备故障分析判断能力；熟练操作Office办公软件、CAD等机械制图软件；
  • 4.良好的决策能力、沟通能力、分析能力、领导能力、团队建设能力 ；
  • 5.有负极行业或相关行业工作经验者优先。
