Job Description & Summary: Experienced SAP WalkMe_Associates who can Implement and manage DAP solutions (e.g., WalkMe, SAP Enable Now) to create in-app guidance and workflows. Job Position Title: Associates_SAP WalkMe_Enterprise Apps SAP_Advisory_PAN India Responsibilities: Key Responsibilities Design and develop interactive training content, including e-learning modules, job aids, and user guides. Implement and manage DAP solutions (e.g., WalkMe, SAP Enable Now) to create in-app guidance and workflows. Collaborate with SMEs and stakeholders to identify learning needs and translate them into effective content. Ensure content aligns with organizational standards and is optimized for user engagement. Monitor and analyze adoption metrics to continuously improve training effectiveness. Required Skills & Qualifications 2–5 years of experience in training content development and instructional design. Proficiency in Digital Adoption Platforms (preferably WalkMe and SAP Enable Now). Strong understanding of adult learning principles and e-learning best practices. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. Mandatory skill sets: Proficiency in Digital Adoption Platforms (preferably WalkMe and SAP Enable Now).
