Barista / Juice Maker

Driven to create unique home-grown food concepts that bring people together, the Independent Food Company is a UAE-based hospitality company with multiple concepts under it’s umbrella – SALT, Switch, Parker’s, Grind, Somewhere and Public.

We are looking for experienced and highly-skilled baristas and Juice Makers to join our amazing restaurant teams and show-case their talents. Some of the key responsibilities include:

Espresso pulling, coffee brewing and latte art

Machine calibration

Be able to share your knowledge about coffee roasting with colleagues and guests alike

Be an adaptable, collaborative team player

Good knowledge on Press Juices

Prepares and serves healthy beverages to the guests

To be considered for this role you will need to have strong communication skills and have experience of at least 2 years working as a Barista and/or bar tender in a busy establishment.
