Tasks and Qualifications

Your Tasks

• Assumption of on-call duties in an international environment
• Service delivery manager for new and long-term existing customers
• Carrying out software support incl. documentation of incoming service cases including description of solutions
• Project collaboration in software projects (CS, MU, PS, IS)
• International project commissioning and after-go-live support
• Service support for existing customers (WCS, MFC)
• Software development for WCS, MFC and OFS systems (PTL, PbV)
• Change request processing for existing customers

Your Qualifications

• Experience with 24/7 on-call 2nd level support
• High level of service and customer orientation
• Knowledge in the automation environment / warehouse management systems
• Knowledge of the logistics IT environment
• Good written and spoken English & German
• Willingness to travel
• Experience with sophisticated software architectures
• Experience in Java software development (min. 3 years of professional experience desirable)
• Confident handling of databases (Oracle)
