About This Role We’re looking for a Senior / Merchandising Operations Manager to take ownership of a large-scale merchandising project, drive team performance, and ensure operational excellence across the field. Key Responsibilities Lead the overall merchandising operations & project execution , acting as the key liaison between client and internal stakeholder. Drive team performance, KPI achievement, productivity & discipline . Manage manpower planning and resolve operational / HR-related matters. Leverage BI & data insights to identify gaps, opportunities and improve performance. Drive continuous improvement to enhance project effectiveness and efficiency. Coach and develop the team through field visits and training . Monitor field execution, tracking systems and daily reports to ensure compliance. Build strong relationships with key outlet buyers and stakeholders . What We’re Looking For 5–8 years’ experience in merchandising, retail, field operations or project management. Strong people leadership & stakeholder management skills. Data-driven with good analytical and problem-solving abilities. Hands-on, proactive and results-oriented . Strong understanding of KPI, SOP and field operations . Comfortable with field visits and managing a fast-paced operation. Proficient in Excel / BI reporting tools is an advantage.
