Job Title: Compliance Specialist
Job Location: Warsaw, Poland
Main Responsibilities
- Compliance Insights: Assist in tracking, organizing, and analyzing the latest changes in national laws, regulations, and regulatory policies, and assess their impact on the company's business.
- Compliance Review: Assist in reviewing various commercial contracts, agreements, and internal management systems to ensure they comply with national laws and the compliance requirements of relevant jurisdictions.
- Risk Identification and Assessment: Participate in identifying compliance risks in the company's business processes, assist business departments in developing compliance control measures, and conduct business compliance evaluations.
- Compliance Case Handling: Participate in handling compliance case and, under the company's authorization, complete external regulatory communications in accordance with legal procedures.
- Daily Support: Assist the Compliance Officer in daily compliance operations, compliance due diligence, compliance training, and compliance culture building.
Requirements
- Educational Background: Bachelor's or Master's degree in law, legal studies, or related fields.
- Core Requirements: Proficient in national civil and commercial laws, have passed the bar exam or legal professional qualification exam, and be able to skillfully apply local legal provisions to solve practical business issues.
- Language Skills: Native Polish speaker or fluent in Polish, with English as a working language, and excellent listening, speaking, reading, writing, and legal document translation skills. Knowledge of Chinese is a plus.
- Work Experience: 1-2 years of experience in international corporations or law firms, or in legal or compliance roles (outstanding recent law graduates may also be considered).
- Professional Skills: Familiarity with commercial contract review, trade compliance, financial compliance, and data privacy is preferred.
- Professional Qualities: Strong logical analysis skills, a rigorous work attitude, excellent communication and coordination abilities, and a high level of confidentiality awareness.
