We're looking for a reliable, personable Delivery Driver to ensure timely delivery of automotive parts and effective on-site merchandising.
You’ll be the friendly face of BNT, genuinely personable and equipped with excellent communication skills, allowing you to build trust and nurture long‑term relationships with clients—ensuring each delivery reflects reliability, professionalism, and exceptional service.
You’ll manage scheduled deliveries, occasionally lifting items up to 20 kg, and assist in-branch with customer service and inventory tasks such as, handling parts enquiries, restocking, and conducting stock counts.
You’ll need a  full, clean  Class 1 NZ driver’s licence, a professional attitude, and physical capability for moderate lifting.
 
Responsibilities include
- Safely operate company vehicles to deliver automotive parts and consumables to customers and branches.
- Load and unload stock, ensuring goods are delivered in good condition and with correct documentation.
- Follow scheduled routes and delivery timelines, optimizing time efficiency.
- Provide professional and courteous service during deliveries and represent the company positively.
- Accurately collect and record all information pertaining to customer credits, including product returns, reasons for return, condition of goods, and any supporting documentation, to ensure compliance with credit processing.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with customer contacts during site visits and deliveries.
- Deliver high levels of customer satisfaction through reliable service and a helpful attitude.
- Proactively relay relevant market information, customer feedback, and competitor activity to the Branch Manager.
You will also have
- Customer service experience or have had some exposure to customer facing roles, preferably in a product related sales environment 
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A reasonable typing ability and computer literacy.
- The ability to work individually and as part of a team.
- The ability to work alternate Saturday mornings
- A full New Zealand driver’s licence.
