Eine Ausbildung als Kunststoff- und Kautschuktechnologe:in bei Covestro Films dauert 3 Jahre. Wie es danach weitergeht, entscheidest du. Natürlich kannst du in deinem Beruf weiterarbeiten. Oder aber du baust dein Wissen und vielleicht sogar dein Gehalt aus. Mithilfe von Weiterbildungen und durch die Erfahrung, die du im Unternehmen sammelst, wirst du vielleicht:
