Our Advisory practice invites suitably qualified candidates to apply for the position of Corporate Finance Manager/Senior Manager.

Required Skills/Experience

As a Manager or Senior Manager in our Advisory p ractice , you will support our Corporate Finance team. Y ou will provide a broad r ange of Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) and Valuation mandates f or clients that include large, sophisti cated asset managers and family offices, as well as smaller regional and local operating companies. Your role will include the following:

You will be conduct ing and review ing financial analyses, valuation s and market research across asset classes including private equity, private debt, venture capital, and real estate. Deliverables include preparing valuation reports, financial models, presentation s and transaction materials; supporting advisory and due diligence engagements; managing due diligence workflows and data rooms; and liaising with clients, advisor s and stakeholders.

Applicants should have 5+ years of experience in a corporate finance or valuation role, with strong skills in financial analysis, modelling, and report writing. You should hold an internationally recognized accounting qualification such as CPA, ACA, or CA .

Manager or Senior Manager staff grade will be based on experience and interview.
