Job Description
- Main point of contact for a set of cross border synthetic prime products and services. Acting as the team’s product specialist on client facing activities.
- Solid knowledge on Delta one, SBL/equity financing. Familiar with China A share market practice. Good understanding on other derivative products or structuring will be a plus
- Coverage will be across all major institutional client types have a focus on hedge funds and clients who needs equity derivatives idea and resources.
- Working with trading and structuring team on a wide array of derivative and custom solutions. Optimizing procedures relating to sensitive processes and controls.
- Managing internal workflow, working closely with different teams (Traders, Sales, Back Offices, IT) in different regions to ensure the smoothness of operational flow.
Qualifications
- Bachelor with major in business administration or related academic discipline is preferred but not a must
- Experience in relevant functions in leading banks
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal, Chinese and English
- Good team player who can confidently liaising with all levels of senior management across clients and internal personnel.
- Ability to build relationships across different levels, functions and regions Risk focused: demonstrate operational risk detection and analysis.
- Excellent follow through, highly organized and attention to details
