Talent Acquisition Partner - Installer Recruiting

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner dedicated exclusively to recruiting for Infinity Replacement by Marvin, with a focus on building high-performing installer teams through both W-2 hiring and 1099 subcontractor partnerships. In this role, you will lead full-cycle recruiting efforts for installation talent across multiple markets, creating and executing innovative recruiting strategies to attract, engage, and hire top talent. You will serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers while maintaining a strong understanding of labor market trends, installer recruiting practices, and workforce planning needs.
