CSCM - Operational Planner - Taichung

Introduction to the job

• Plan daily move in/out materials and communicate with 3rd party ( rigger ) support.
• Simulate fab layout and go to fab to evaluate space demand to secure machine / materials move in.
• EMO/Priority materials delivery / return arrangement .
• Plan on pre-install set , machine system and RETM schedule with stakeholders.
• Drive operation improvements by data analysis and tracking pending items according internally data.

• Role and responsibilities
• Planner, working independently, understanding the own process and the impact on related processes. Working under supervision of team lead or senior colleagues on end deliverables.
• Communicates effectively to relevant stakeholders to ensure the provided information about multiple related planning processes is clear and well understood.
• Education and experience
• Bsc in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering or Business Administration, or equivalent working and thinking level.
• Limited experience in working with operational planning processes, tools and techniques.

Skills

• Customer dedicated and service minded
• Data analysis skill and familiar to sort data by EXCEL processing.
• Great communication skill with customer and team members .
• Good communication in Mandarin and English

Other information

• Experience with working in a multi-cultural environment
• Traveling max 40% , including Hsinchu, Kaohsiung and Tainan .
