HR Operation Coordinator

We are seeking a proactive and organized HR Operations Coordinator to join our HR team and support the daily HR operations of our Primary School campus. This role is ideal for an HR professional with 1–2 years of experience who enjoys working in a dynamic educational environment and providing excellent support to employees and school leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for HR-related inquiries from employees and school leadership.
• Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Coordinate attendance, leave management, and timesheet verification.
• Prepare HR letters, employment certificates, and other employee documents.
• Support payroll by ensuring timely submission of attendance and HR changes.
• Monitor contract renewals, probation periods, and employee lifecycle activities.
• Ensure compliance with internal HR policies and labor regulations.
• Support employee engagement initiatives and HR events at the school.
• Assist in resolving routine employee relations matters and escalate issues when necessary.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in HR Operations or Human Resources.
• Experience in the education sector is an advantage.
• Good understanding of Saudi Labor Law and HR best practices.
• Strong organizational and administrative skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
