About The Role
As the Business Support Lead (Health & Wellbeing), you will lead a small team to support the vital work of the Occupational Health Service, Staff Disability Support Service and Staff Wellbeing Service. In addition, you will help manage operational budgets and be the lead for managing the specialist electronic data management system, including strong data protection and confidentiality. You will line manage and mentor 2 staff in your team.
