Lead HVAC Technician, Critical Facilities

The Critical Facility Technician Journeyman - HVAC supports mission-critical, data center, and commercial mechanical operations across Warrenton, VA, and the surrounding Northern Virginia market. This role is responsible for performing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, inspections, documentation, and customer-facing HVAC support while maintaining strict safety, quality, and uptime standards. This position is designed for an experienced HVAC journeyman who can work independently, support critical facility operations, communicate effectively with customers and leadership, and help ensure mechanical systems operate safely and reliably.
