To coordinate and monitor the execution of thermal power projects from Head Office by ensuring alignment among project sites, engineering, procurement, contracts, planning, finance, and management teams. The role is responsible for project governance, progress tracking, risk mitigation, stakeholder coordination, and timely reporting to leadership.
