Coordinator - Event Monitoring and Service Quality.Technology and IS Security

The Coordinator, Event Monitoring & Service Quality is responsible for the real-time monitoring of services, proactive detection of operational events, service performance oversight, and service quality management across technology platforms and: • Ensure Technology (IT, Network, EBU) systems and services are monitored for situations/events and that appropriate necessary activities are thereof triggered • Drive proactive, intelligent monitoring of MTN's technology, systems and services. Leverage advanced observability tools and machine learning to minimize outages, reduce mean time to detect (MTTD), Mean time to repair (MTTR) of incidents, and deliver superior customer experience in line with company's goals. • The role acts as the central coordination point for service assurance activities, ensuring that incidents, alarms, degradations, and performance issues are promptly identified, communicated, escalated, and resolved to maintain an optimal customer experience.
