Learning Operations Senior Analyst

The Vertiv Global Learning Data Analytics and Technology (DAT) team is seeking a motivated Learning Operations Data Analyst to support the ongoing development and maintenance of the Vertiv Learning ecosystem. This role provides an opportunity to gain hands-on experience working with learning technologies, system integrations, and automation processes that support global learning operations. The analyst will partner with senior team members to assist in connecting systems, improving data flow, and supporting enhancements to the Learning Management System (LMS) and related platforms. You will contribute to global learning initiatives across manufacturing, field services, sales, IT, and enterprise functions, while building foundational technical skills in APIs, data integration, and process automation.
