2027 Corporate Summer Internship - Hotel Operations

The Hilton corporate summer internship program offers the opportunity to gain real-world professional experience in a global company. The program is intended to develop the business leaders of tomorrow. The internship will be in person at our McLean, VA office and will begin on June 1, 2027 and end on August 6, 2027. Interns will work full-time (40 hours per week during the 10-week program). The pay rate is $25.00 per hour with a one-time stipend of $2,500.00. This is your chance to be part of our Hotel Operations team that oversees the daily functions of our Americas managed hotel portfolio! As an Intern, you will support the team in ensuring our guests receive an exceptional hospitality experience and that we remain a leader in our industry.
