About The Role
The OTA Diagnostic Engineer supports Ford's global diagnostic and software update ecosystem by identifying, troubleshooting, and resolving issues that impact vehicle diagnostics, module programming, and over-the-air (OTA) software updates. This role works closely with engineering, service, and data teams to analyze system failures, develop corrective actions, validate solutions, and ensure technicians can efficiently repair customer vehicles using Ford Diagnostic and Repair System (FDRS) tools and connected services.
