Software Development Manager

We are seeking an experienced Software Development Manager to lead and scale a multidisciplinary engineering organization of 30+ engineers at our Morocco Development Center. This leader will be accountable for people leadership, engineering execution, operational excellence, and talent development across work spanning Oracle Support, Oracle Operations, AI data platforms, AI-enabled capabilities, and related software engineering initiatives. The successful candidate combines strong engineering judgment with a proven ability to lead teams of engineers and senior technical professionals, create clarity across a diverse portfolio, and build an inclusive, high-performing organization.
