Program Manager

The Professional Services Program Manager works with clients and partners remotely and/or onsite on engagements of medium and large complexity. Program managers are skilled at getting the best out of the people and projects that they oversee. They thrive when planning projects and working with project teams. The Program Manager is responsible for ensuring from start to finish - the delivery of low to high/large projects on time and according to the negotiated Scope of Work. The Program Manager's is expected to manage a virtual team comprising; Customer Contacts, Fortinet Sales, Professional Services and Technical Support to ensure a technically sound, financially profitable, supportable implementation. The position requires an individual with exceptional negotiation, written and verbal communication skills who follows a structured approach for implementing IT security solutions.
