Global SIOP Analyst

About The Role
The Global SIOP Analyst is responsible for coordinating the Global SIOP monthly summary for the senior executive team. This role also leads cross-functional demand alignment for global products while driving process improvements and stakeholder collaboration.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Global SIOP Input & Reporting
- Consolidate regional demand plans for Global Products that need to be allocated across global plants.
- Consolidate drivers for key changes from regional teams into a global summary for sharing with global business leaders and global material managers.
- Manage regional demand plan submissions for Trade and Intercompany demand tracking on-time submissions and key report quality metrics.
- Run quality checks on data submissions and coordinate feedback from regional teams for key cycle over cycle changes.
- Coordinate with master data, regional teams, & other key stakeholders to ensure key reporting attributes are maintained properly between regional & global reporting structures.
- Generate and publish Global SIOP reports to key stakeholders
Data Management & Analytics
- Support Snowflake and Power BI report development
- Provide clear data review to enhance data management
- Develop new tools to facilitate speed and efficiency in data collection and reporting.
- Participate in cadence reviews for project development
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or related field or equivalent experience.
Experience
- 3+ years of experience in consolidating data into actionable reporting.
- Demonstrated high level of skill with Excel required
- Experience in supply planning, demand planning, and Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning fuctions a plus.
- Proven track record in program management and communication with global cross-functional teams.
Technical Skills
- Strong analytical and data visualization capabilities
- Advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting
- Experience with extracting reports from ERP systems a plus
- Proficiency in Snowflake and Power BI a plus

- Process improvement mindset (VOS/Lean experience preferred)
- Ability to work across time zones with global teams
