Role Description

• You will lead the end-to-end implementation of ServiceNow solutions , driving delivery across complex transformation programmes within a global banking environment. You will work closely with product owners, architects, and engineering teams to design, build, and deploy scalable, secure, and high-quality solutions.
• This is a hands-on leadership role , where you will combine deep technical expertise with delivery ownership—ensuring that ServiceNow capabilities are implemented effectively, aligned to business outcomes, and compliant with regulatory requirements.

Your key responsibilities

• Shape and support the ServiceNow platform architecture roadmap, ensuring alignment with enterprise strategy and shared goals
• Oversee platform design standards, helping teams collaborate and maintain consistent, inclusive and effective solutions
• Support solution design reviews, guiding data models and integration approaches to ensure strong, dependable outcomes
• Coordinate integration design across systems, ensuring secure, scalable and connected workflows that support business needs
• Strengthen platform resilience by supporting performance, security and operational continuity requirements
• Work closely with stakeholders to support innovation, automation and continuous improvement across the platform
• Lead end-to-end ServiceNow implementation , from requirements through to deployment and hypercare
• Translate business requirements into high-quality technical designs and implementable solutions
• Drive hands-on configuration, development, and integration across ServiceNow modules (ITSM, CMDB, ITOM, etc.)
• Own and govern solution delivery quality , ensuring adherence to development standards and best practices
• Lead integration implementation using APIs, events, and enterprise integration patterns
• Collaborate with architects to ensure alignment with target architecture and data models (e.g. CSDM)
• Support release management, deployments, and environment strategy
• Identify and deliver automation opportunities to improve efficiency and platform adoption
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues during implementation and post-go-live
• Mentor engineering teams and contribute to building a strong engineering capabilities

Your skills and experience

• Proven experience delivering ServiceNow implementations in large, complex environments
• Strong hands-on expertise across ServiceNow modules (ITSM, CMDB, ITOM, integrations)
• Deep understanding of ServiceNow development, configuration, and scripting
• Experience implementing integrations using REST APIs and event-driven architectures
• Strong knowledge of data modelling, CMDB/CSDM, and platform design principles
• Experience working in regulated environments (banking/financial services preferred)
• Demonstrated ability to lead delivery while remaining hands-on technically
• Strong problem-solving skills with ability to drive issues to resolution
